Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature and specialized production of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. This includes our 100% Virgin Remy Human Hair Extensions, 100% Virgin Steamed Remy Hair Extensions, Full Lace Front Wigs, accessories and beauty products. This policy is applicable to all products sold by IDENTITY Products LLC and on www.uvellehairextensions.com.  

 

We encourage our customers to order samples of our hair to view our quality. We offer free FedEx Home Delivery  for Domestic United States sample orders. 

 

Salons and Licensed Stylists based in the United States and Internationally who are interested in viewing our hair before ordering for their clients we invite you to consider our Salon Insider Program Membership. In addition to receiving salon/stylist pricing, upon acceptance we will send to you samples of our hair depending upon stock availability. Salons and Licensed Stylists in the New York City Area (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island) may contact us via email or phone (646.448.8691) to schedule a viewing of our products.

 

Please note that unauthorized returns or exchanges will become property of the company.

Wrong Order

 

We have quality control measures in place inclusive of photographing all orders before they are shipped and accurate record keeping of correspondences to ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly. However, if for whatever reason an order has been received by you that is incorrect please contact us at sales@uvellehairextensions.com  or 646-448-8691 and state your name, order number, and why the order is incorrect within 3 days of receipt of delivery. Someone will be in touch with you shortly to exchange your order for the correct products or another product of equal or greater value.
