Shipping Policy

Shipping

We ship orders domestically and are able to ship orders internationally.  All orders are accompanied by a tracking number which will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.  We require an adult signature for all shipments.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Our in-stock products require up to 3 business days to process before shipment for domestic orders and 5 business days to process before shipment for international orders.  Uvelle Hair in-stock products include The Starlet Collection, The Touchable Collection, Studio Clip-Ins from The Backstage Collection, & Uvelle Hair Samples.

Therefore if you live in the United States and purchase an in-stock product from us on Monday and request overnight shipping, your order will go out that week on Thursday at the latest and should arrive on Friday if there are no shipping delays. 

For Domestic Orders Only, in-stock products will be shipped the next business day if the billing and shipping address are the same as the credit card used for purchase. The billing address MUST match that of the credit card used for purchase if the shipping address is different. We will do our best to ship your order the next business day as long as the order information entered passes our fraud monitors. If the order does not pass our fraud monitors, we may require you to complete and sign our credit card authorization form prior to shipping. If so, you will receive an email from sales@uvellehairextensions.com requesting the completed and signed form. For international credit cards, the completed and signed credit card authorization form will  always be required prior to shipment. These extra measures are taken to  protect you, our customer, from fraudulent purchases made without your consent.

Please allow up to 25 business days to complete orders for Uvelle Custom Creations Collection. Once your order has been completed, your purchase will be mailed according to your selected shipping method. 

Please allow 8 weeks to complete Uvelle's Custom Russian Remy Lace Front Wig from our Box Office Collection prior to shipment. Faster completion of your Uvelle Custom Russian Remy Lace Front Wig in 4 weeks is available by selecting Priority Service on the product page. Upon completion, your Uvelle Custom Russian Remy Lace Front Wig will be mailed according to your selected shipping method. 

 Please plan ahead if your order is time sensitive as we are neither responsible for shipping delays by our carrier, FedEx  nor domestic or international holidays that may delay delivery.

Orders are shipped and delivered weekdays only, Monday through Friday, both domestically and internationally. We do not ship orders on holidays or weekends. FedEx Ground may deliver domestically on Saturday, but this cannot be guaranteed for all U.S. Locations.


Incorrect Shipping Address / Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments

Please be certain to provide the company with the correct shipping address as the company can only mail products to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for shipping products to incorrect shipping addresses.

We will use FedEx to ship your products. We only ship to billing addresses.  If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, there may be fees charged by the carrier company to correct the address. If so, the client must provide payment for the address correction fee before the address modification is completed with the carrier.

Failed Deliveries, Refused Shipments, or deliveries rerouted to the company will become the property of the company. It is the customer's responsibility to accept the delivered products.

Lost Shipments


All packages are insured and tracking numbers are provided from our shipping carrier  (FedEx). In the case of a lost shipment, a complaint will be issued to the shipping carrier (FedEx) employed to mail the order.
